For me practicing law is about working with people to help them accomplish their goals through estate planning, real estate purchases and business planning.  I strive to listen to the client, explore options that are best suited for each individual client and then work with that client to implement a plan that comes with intent and purpose.

Jordan R. Schau

My practice focuses primarily on business and real estate matters, including the sale and acquisition of businesses and commercial real estate, corporate governance, employer and employee matters, business disputes, commercial leases, contracts, and shareholder/business owner matters. I enjoy helping business people and their employees accomplish their goals. Ideally, I help our clients stay out of trouble by paying attention to detail.  When problems do arise, my goal is to help our clients resolve their problem in the most beneficial and economical manner possible.

Oliver S. Howell

I am dedicated to resolving conflicts through both advocacy and litigation, striving to support our clients through all circumstances, whether favorable or challenging. As a compassionate listener and fervent advocate, I consistently maintain a composed demeanor to keep all parties focused on the broader context. My practice predominantly encompasses probate litigation and administration, estate planning, business and real estate matters, guardianship/conservatorship, and civil litigation.

    My practice is focused on closely-held businesses and commercial real estate matters. I serve as outside general counsel for startups and small technology companies.  I also help clients navigate the challenges of nonprofit business formation and operations, including the 501(c)3 application process, fiscal sponsorships, and board compliance training. My real estate experience includes buy/sell agreements, private and muni-sponsored development agreements, commercial and multifamily leasing and operations, energy production and storage leases, and public/private partnerships for urban redevelopment projects.
